Any and all items/information posted or uploaded to StudentPulse.com are the property of StudentPulse.com (in accordance to applicable copyright agreements). In posting information, the following rules must be abided by: 1) no posts/uploads containing nudity, descriptions of obscene sexual activities, or erotic material. 2) No posts or uploads containing descriptions or instructions relating to illegal activities including but not limited to drug use, violence, vandalism, theft etc. StudentPulse.com reserves the right to remove ANY uploaded material that is judged to be inappropriate content for the website. Any uploaded material and/or information can be resubmitted or disseminated by StudentPulse.com and the name of the original poster/submitter may or may not be included.

Participating in any of the following activities is a violation of terms of use and may result in loss of privileges or other penalties depending on the nature of the offense:

Encouraging others to violate the Terms of Use; submitting content that is unlawfully invasive to any individual such as personal contact information; impersonating/pretending to be any individual or entity; submitting content that is unlawful for you to submit; submitting content that violates the trademark, copyright, or any other proprietary rights of an individual or entity; submitting unauthorized advertising, promotion, solicitation, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes etc.; submitting material containing viruses or code/programming designed to in any way interrupt the functioning telecommunications equipment; providing information relating to illegal/unreasonably dangerous activity. As stated above, StudentPulse.com reserves the right to remove any material seen as unfit for uploading at any time WITHOUT notice. StudentPulse.com reserves the right to run advertisements and promotions on the site in any format or medium desired. The latter is/are subject to change at any time desired by StudentPulse.com.

StudentPulse.com may provide links to other websites and resources. Since StudentPulse.com has no control over third-party websites, it must be understood that contents of the latter are not the responsibility or liability of StudentPulse.com; or does StudentPulse.com endorse the information provided on third-party websites. By visiting StudentPulse.com, you are agreeing to indemnify of all owners, officers, volunteers, contributors, affiliates, agents, employees and other associates of StudentPulse.com. The user is completely responsible for all of his/her actions during or resulting from the use of StudentPulse.com. StudentPulse.com shall not be liable for ANY direct, incidental, indirect or any other damages of goodwill or profits from using or not using the services provided by StudentPulse.com. StudentPulse.com also shall not be liable for the statements or conduct of any user of the website, or other matters relating to the use of the website. Any discussion or litigation relating to the damages discussed above is to take place between the party alleging that damages have occurred and the party who is allegedly responsible for the conduct and/or statements from which the damage resulted. StudentPulse.com does NOT take sides on such matters and will not provide any personal user information of any kind without a subpoena from a court with legal jurisdiction.

While this entire document is a binding agreement between the user and StudentPulse.com, both the former and latter parties submit to the legal jurisdiction of Cumberland County, Maine in all legal matters.
